Our biggest asset is our team of dedicated, experienced trimmers who love what they do.

  • We provide continuing education and training for our employees to accommodate to the ever-changing cannabis market.

  • We organize team bonding events to help build strong relationships with our employees and cultivate a family-like atmosphere.

  • We work closely with our clients to align new jobs and check our database to ensure new and existing team members receive equal employment opportunities.

For our open job, our management team continuously checks with our Team Leaders to ensure we are meeting metrics to help our employees finish jobs on-time. When selecting the right candidates for a company, we filter through the most talented trimmers to find employees who are precise, mobile, independent and self-motivated.

To reduce turn-over rates, our company is committed in providing our employees with the necessities required so they can smoothly transition into their new job such as providing stipends for boarding, lunches, and transportation to those who are not able to drive.  We will also provide our employees with all of the equipment they may need, including new scissors, gloves and protective gear so they can focus on what they do best, trimming!

We provide skill trade training and corporate training to our Exempt, Non-Exempt, Seasonal and Temporary employees.

  • Housing & Relocation
    All our staff and employees will be relocated onsite near the cultravation or facility where they will be working.  Our company will ensure that our employees are safe and have the correct tools to navigate in the new city.  Employees are given a stipend for food and boarding.  This will ensure onboarding is successful and we can retain employees because their basic needs are met and our employees can quickly assimilate to the new company.

Employee Benefits

  • Full Time Employees
    All our employees are legal workers in the state of California. We staff sites who requires daily staff with the best trimmers and employees from our company. These personnel require minimal onsite training and can start working right away. After two months of probation our employees hired on a contracted site working 8 hour shifts throughout the year will be given the opportunity to become a non-exempt full-time employee with full benefits. We want to make sure our employees are operating at their best potential when they are onsite working on your projects. At 480 Trimmers our employees will go through periodic paid in house training to learn more about the industry standards, best practices, complete HR course requirements and other corporate training.

  • Temporary and Seasonal Employees
    Some of our best trimmers cannot travel for long extensive periods.  We are able to hire them as well and welcome the opportunity to get them into short term positions at facilities with less monthly yields.  Our seasoned employees have more than 6 years of experience in the industry and like our full time employees we work closely with them to insure they understand the requirements of every site they are assigned to.
